0% Bitterness, 100% Leaf, Hand Blended, Pure Chamomile Flowers, Refreshing Soothing, Rejuvenating, Calming, Natural Flavour
 
Brewing Instructions 
Heat water in a kettle until it reaches a temperature of 175-180°F (or 80-82°C).
Add 1 teaspoon of green tea leaves to a tea infuser or tea bag.
Steep the tea leaves in the hot water for 2-3 minutes, or until the tea has reached the desired strength.
Remove the tea infuser or tea bag from the cup or teapot.
(Optional) Add honey, lemon, or other flavorings to taste.
